The Kent Garden Show is being held at Detling Showground on A249 over the Bank Holiday weekend Sat 27th-Monday 29th May. This show is the premier annual garden show in the county of Kent and is always held over this annual bank holiday. The event includes outside stallholders as well as those nurseries that create show standard displays under cover in one of the main marquees. Iris of Sissinghurst always provides a stunning display as well as a range of bearded iris which will be for sale.
The Iris of Sissinghurst stand will be staffed by iris experts who will be able to give help and advice about the cultivation of iris as well advice on any plants that will be for sale. You can expect approximately 500 plants to be available for sale over the three days of the show.
We have lots of Iris in flower both some new varieties such as Je Vole as well and some old favourites such as Kent Pride Mer du Sud and Ink Patterns.
We also have some of the Benton End Iris for sale which are featuring in a garden at this weeks Chelsea Flower Show.
